Expert coopers restore our hand-selected oak barrels in the Spey Valley before being handed to us for their final transformation. Your barrel is stripped back, refurbished and deep cleaned before being sealed and oiled. This ensures it’s perfectly watertight, locking in its original colourings and markings.
