When you buy with Brass Monkey, ColdCare comes as standard. It’s a free service that makes  sure you get the most from your Brass Monkey ice bath. Whether it’s optimising your Monkey’s performance, supporting you with maintenance or fixing a mechanical fault, ColdCare makes life a little easier.

We also offer a cleaning and maintenance service called ColdCare+, which will keep your Brass Monkey running smoothly without you ever having to lift a finger.

Set up support
We want to make sure you’re comfortable getting your new Brass Monkey up and running, so if you have any questions or need any help at all, just give us a call and we’ll walk you through the process.
Ongoing support and advice
Our app or our online knowledge base are there to help you understand, control and maintain your Brass Monkey. However if you need further help or have an issue, get in touch, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
All the kit to get you started
Your Brass Monkey comes with the first 3 months’ worth of filters and the UV bulb that’ll need changing after 6 months. Handy videos available on the app will show you how to change them.
Remote monitoring and updates
When connected to wifi, we can see how your Brass Monkey is performing. Often, we’ll even detect an issue before you do. It also means we can update your software remotely, helping us keep your Brass Monkey running smoothly.
Full two-year warranty
We build every product using ultra-hardwearing materials to ensure that your Brass Monkey is long lasting and easy to maintain. But if something does go wrong with a part, we’ll make it right. Just get in touch, and the same engineers who built your ice bath, will be on hand to help fix it.

Residential customers in the UK can now get ColdCare+, a new monthly care package (or one-off service if you’d prefer) to help you keep your Brass Monkey in tip top condition.

So whether you want us to give your Brass Monkey a deep clean, or pop over every month to change the filter, check out our new ColdCare+ options:

Monthly service - £1,800 a year

Our premium service keeps your ice bath in perfect condition without you ever having to lift a finger. Our expert engineers will visit once a month at a time and date to suit you.

This service includes:

  • Change the filter every month
  • Change the water at first visit and every three months thereafter

    Then twice a year, we’ll do a full service that includes…
  • Deep clean of the pipework, steel and filter housings
  • Full water and filter change 
  • Cleaning the tub, top and sides of the bath
  • Removing the vents and cleaning the compartment area to remove dust and debris
  • Replace UV bulb 
  • Repair any issues with pipework insulation
  • Check the compressor, pump, electrics and piping to identify any faults
  • Refill the bath, bleed the filter and set it back to your preferred temperature
  • Includes replacement filters
Bi-annual service - £1,000 a year

Twice a year, we’ll give your Brass Monkey a full service, and make sure everything is working as it should.

This service includes:

  • Deep clean of the pipework, steel and filter housings
  • Full water and filter change 
  • Cleaning the tub, top and sides of the bath
  • Removing the vents and cleaning the compartment area to remove dust and debris
  • Replace UV bulb 
  • Repair any issues with pipework insulation
  • Check the compressor, pump, electrics and piping to identify any faults
  • Refill the bath, bleed the filter and set it back to your preferred temperature
  • Includes replacement filters
One off service - £650 per visit

Our ColdCare+ Service make sure your Brass Monkey is working as it should and gives everything a full-deep clean.

The service includes:
