Join us at Grantley Hall on the 30th of October - As part of National Spa Week, prepare for the colder months with a winter wellness experience featuring a Wim Hof breathwork session, a guided cold dip in a luxurious Brass Monkey ice bath and a seasonal meal in the elegant Grantley Suite. In partnership with Brass Monkey and Root2Rise, this session offers a transformative physical and spiritual journey to help you embrace a healthy, happy winter.
