Beautifully cold
On its coldest setting, the Barrel can chill the water to 3°C. To give you an idea, a typical plunge pool in a gym or spa is around 16°C. The Barrel is over 5 times colder than that. It’s ‘warmest’ setting is 10°C, giving you a range to find the right temperature and space to build your practice.

What temperature should I set my cold plunge to?
Our cold plunge barrel can achieve temperatures between 10°C to 3°C (50°F to 37.5°F). If this is your first time trying cold water exposure then we would recommend starting off at 10°C. Gradually overtime, you can start to reduce these temperatures as you become more comfortable and confident with cold water therapy.
What is the cold plunge barrel made of?
