Creating your experience
Your business is unique. So our process is designed to ensure your experience is as exceptional as our ice baths.
There are six simple steps. From understanding what kind of experience will work best for your clients, to selecting the right model, finished to perfection and installed seamlessly.
1. Understand
We begin with understanding your needs. Our goal is to match your business requirements with the right type of cold water immersion for your clients.
2. Specification
With your needs understood, we’ll refine the specification to fit your environment and intended user load. This ensures a powerful performance sits behind any model you choose.
3. Design
Choose a single or double bath. Select a finish from our range or go custom. Your ice bath is as unique as your business.
4. Build & install
Every Brass Monkey is built and rigorously tested here in the UK. We have options for installation from simple hand over, to full plant room integration by our own engineers.
5. Onboarding
We’ll brief your team in-person to ensure they’re confident using the ice bath, and a full suite of helpful ‘how to’ videos are available on our app.
6. Maintenance
As part of our ProCare service, your Brass Monkey is monitored remotely 24/7, so we always know how your bath is performing. We are always at the end of the phone if you need to speak to us, and if ever needed, we can arrange a site visit.
